Scarlett Johansson Reminds You to Check Out Her Naked Photos

A few weeks ago some nude photos of the gorgeous Scarlett Johansson were leaked. We knew then that eventually she or a publicist would come out and say how awful the ordeal has been for poor ScarJo. And guess what, the time has come.

The actress has finally come forward to express her indignation and outrage on behalf of celebrities everywhere who want to take nude pictures of themselves. She told CNN, "Just because you're an actor or make films or whatever doesn't mean you're not entitled to your own personal privacy. If that is sieged in some way, it feels unjust. It feels wrong."

Poor thing.

C'mon, everybody knows that nude photos always get leaked. ALWAYS. That's part of the excitement and turn-on of taking them ... what if? To act like it's some new and novel phenomena that she could have never imagined happening is just crap. Sorry, ScarJo, but it is. You're old enough to know better, and we're not stupid enough to buy that you're not.

And why wait two whole weeks before coming out with the outrage? To remind people that that they're out there, that's why. Let's face it, nothing gets people buzzing about you more quickly than some nude photos or a sex tape (just ask Kim Kardashian). So if it worked so well a couple weeks ago, then letting things die down for a bit, then bringing the pictures back up for a second wave just may be brilliant. Because look, there she is on CNN getting a bunch of free publicity, and people are clicking left and right trying to find the pictures in question. Hell, she's even started a web craze -- "Scarlett Johanssoning" -- in which people recreate her poses and post them online.

And who knows who actually leaked them in first place?

I just have no sympathy in this or any other nude photo scandal unless it's a case in which the photos were taken without a person's consent -- that's when there's cause for outrage. If someone willingly poses nude for a camera (which Scarlett did -- the one on her own cellphone), then they take the chance they will be leaked. It's unfortunate, but true, and everyone -- including ScarJo -- should know it by now.
